Overview
Mardenic.com is currently a public research website. It does not offer public user accounts, billing, or a public Noema chat service. Mardenic does not sell personal data and does not use advertising trackers on this site.
Data We Collect
- Website request data: IP address, browser user agent, requested path, timestamp, and error/security events that hosting providers normally record.
- Public run-record requests: the Alma 2 Run page reads a sanitized static status file served with the website.
- Messages you send voluntarily: email address and the contents of support, privacy, or security reports.
- No public account, chat-prompt, payment-card, or billing-profile data is collected by the current website.
Data we do not want
Do not email passwords, private keys, regulated health data, financial account numbers, government IDs, raw exploit data belonging to someone else, or confidential third-party material.
How We Use Data
- Delivering the research website and live, sanitized training status.
- Detecting abuse, diagnosing errors, and protecting Mardenic-operated systems.
- Responding to support, privacy, and responsible-disclosure messages.
- Understanding aggregate reliability without behavioral advertising.
How Data Is Shared
Mardenic uses hosting, database, domain, and email providers to operate the site. Those providers process request or message data to provide their services. Personal data may also be disclosed when required by law, needed to protect people or systems, or directed by you. The current site has no advertising-data partners.
Data Retention
Mardenic keeps data only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, security, or legal obligations.
- Hosting and security logs follow the configured retention of the relevant provider and may be retained longer for an active incident.
- Support and security emails are retained while the request is open and as needed for follow-up or a security record.
- The public training-status record describes model progress, not website visitors.
Security
Mardenic applies access controls, least-privilege credentials, isolated public build artifacts, and restrictive browser headers. No system is perfectly secure; if you believe you found a vulnerability, report it through the Responsible Disclosure policy.
Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection, or information about disclosures. Mardenic will verify and respond to applicable requests and will not discriminate for exercising a privacy right.
Children and Minors
The current site is a general research publication and is not directed to children. If Mardenic learns that a child submitted personal data without required consent, that data will be reviewed and deleted where appropriate.
Policy Changes
Mardenic may update this policy as the site changes. Material changes receive a new version date and, if accounts or paid services launch, an appropriate notice and consent flow.
