Accepting These Terms

By accessing mardenic.com, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

The Site

Mardenic.com currently publishes company information, research summaries, model lineage, evaluation records, and sanitized Project Northfall training status. It does not currently provide public Noema inference, user accounts, or paid AI services.

The research is under active development. Pages, measurements, model specifications, and availability may change as evidence improves or systems undergo maintenance.

Accounts and Paid Access

The current public site has no user accounts or paid access. If Mardenic later launches either, the applicable product terms, eligibility rules, pricing, renewal terms, and cancellation rights will be presented before enrollment.

Acceptable Use

You may not misuse the site, its public data, or Mardenic-operated endpoints.

• You may not use the services to break the law, harm others, bypass security, commit fraud, or generate abusive content.
• No malware, credential theft, phishing, evasion, or unauthorized access.
• No threats, harassment, exploitation, or abuse.
• No denial-of-service, scraping that degrades availability, impersonation, fraud, spam, or deceptive outreach.
• No attempts to extract internal prompts, secrets, keys, or protected operational instructions.

If you find a way to make the services behave outside these rules, report it through the Responsible Disclosure policy rather than exploiting it.

Your Messages

If you email Mardenic, you keep ownership of material you submit and are responsible for having the right to share it. Do not send secrets or third-party personal data that are unnecessary for the request.

Accuracy

Research status, estimates, and model measurements may be incomplete, delayed, or corrected. Do not treat this site as professional, investment, legal, medical, or safety-critical advice.

AI Disclosure

Project Northfall describes experimental AI systems. The current public site is a research publication, not a deployed assistant, human expert, lawyer, doctor, financial advisor, therapist, or emergency service.

Feedback and Improvement

Feedback sent voluntarily may be used to improve the site's accuracy, research methods, reliability, and safety. See the Privacy Policy for the current data boundary.

Mardenic Property

Mardenic's original site content, brands, model weights, tokenizers, training systems, and constitutional materials belong to Mardenic or its licensors. Third-party source data, software, and marks remain subject to their own rights and licenses. These terms grant only ordinary access to the public site.

Access Restrictions

Mardenic may restrict automated or individual access that creates abuse, fraud, security risk, or material service degradation. You may stop using the site at any time.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mardenic is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from use of the public site. Nothing here excludes liability that applicable law does not allow Mardenic to exclude.

Governing Law

Applicable law governs these terms. Nothing here waives mandatory consumer, privacy, or security rights that cannot lawfully be waived. Product-specific governing-law and dispute terms will be stated before any paid offering launches.

Changes to These Terms

Mardenic may update these terms as the site changes. Material changes receive a new version date; future account or paid-service changes will use an appropriate notice and acceptance flow.
