By accessing mardenic.com, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
The site
Mardenic publishes company information and cybersecurity research. It currently offers no public tool, user accounts, data upload, or paid service. Research status may change as results are measured.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, public data, or Mardenic endpoints. Prohibited conduct includes unlawful harm, unauthorized access, malware, credential theft, phishing, evasion, threats, harassment, denial of service, service-degrading scraping, impersonation, fraud, spam, and attempts to extract protected secrets or instructions.
Report weaknesses through Responsible Disclosure rather than exploiting them.
Your messages and accuracy
You retain ownership of material you send and must have the right to share it. Do not send unnecessary secrets or third-party personal data. Site content is not legal, medical, financial, investment, or safety-critical advice.
Research disclosure
Mardenic researches the run-time containment of AI systems. The website is a research publication, not a deployed service, an expert service, or an emergency service. Published results describe the environment and the run they measured and nothing more. No result here is a security assurance for any system other than the one tested.
Mardenic property
Mardenic's original content, brands, test suites, probe catalogues, tooling, and research materials belong to Mardenic or its licensors. Third-party works remain under their own licenses.
Access and liability
Mardenic may restrict access that creates abuse, fraud, security risk, or service degradation. Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent allowed by law, Mardenic is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages or lost profits, data, or goodwill.
Law, changes, and contact
